Stevie Nicks joined our pack in August 2019. A very quiet shy senior girl age 9 who was our picky eater until we found the right combination of meal for her. She loved her nightly walks in the neigborhood and was friendly to everyone. She loved car rides and eating treats as we drove her around. We were thrilled the first time we saw her get up on the sofa and relax.

We never heard her bark or whine until cancer took over her body. She was diagnosed with terminal cancer in May 2020 and given one to two months to live - she made it to three months. What we will miss the most about her is her gentleness and following us around in the house hoping we would stop at the cookie jar.

We are forever thankful to NBRF for entrusting us to be her guardian through thick and thin.
