Our tribute to "Big Blue"

"Although it was for only a very short one and half years that "Big Blue'' shared his love with us, he was and will always be a very cherished member of our family. In his passing "Big Blue" took a part of my heart with him, but in its place he left memories of a gentle, forgiving, eager to please, brave and playful spirit. I can only hope that our short time together erased from his memory whatever it was that caused his anxieties, distrust and discomforts, and that he left this earth feeling every ounce of the love he deserved. Until we meet again at the foot of Rainbow's Bridge we will miss you deeply sweet boy...."Kim and Ken Downey
