We lost our lovely Kaia last week. For those of you in the Borzoi Rescue community, you will understand when I say Kaia was one of the T22 (22 Borzoi in Thurston County, WA). She came to us with a lot of trauma, but she always had a mischievous sense of humor and a grin with a twinkle in her eye that made you laugh out loud. She was 10.5 years old when she passed of osteo (for those of you who may have rescued her puppies). She was a class act and we miss her dearly. Tracy and Hyde Gillespie May 2024
