Stuart aka Danny

Danny came into NBRF rescue after his family suffered great personal losses. He is a young boy experienced in the art of comfort as only a Borzoi can provide. And it did not take long before that magic won the hearts of his foster family and changed his status to foster to ADOPT! Now and forever known as Stuart, he has found his special purpose.

"He is just glorious. The whole thing has been nothing short of kismet. We have zero question he was meant to be here.

He is learning many things, including OFF. He’s a massive Wet-Willy giver! Tongue in the ear is one of his favorite things to do to me when I’m in bed asleep, delighting when I squeal and giggle. He is the the sweetest floofy goober and we love him with all our hearts. He settled right into his position in the pack with the greyhounds and is a work in progress with the kitties.

Stuart traveled with us and the greys to visit our son in Michigan last weekend. 24 hrs in the car over 3 days and he was perfect. Perfect in the car and perfect in Ethan’s apartment. We just cannot thank NBRF enough for this boy.

Our hearts were shattered in Jan of 2022 when we tragically lost two young 6.5 y/o greyhounds just 9 days apart. One was my heart boy and while there is no mortal way to explain it, Stuart does SO many things Angus did that it’s uncanny but magnificent. He has healed us and returned so much of our dormant joy in just a short time we’ve known him."
