My name is Mona and I just arrived in America on April 30th with my comrade Pushkin. He went to New York and I got to come to Michigan. I have a huge beautiful yard and boy does my mom need me - these American squirrels are quite bold and every morning I must go out and do my patrol (see photos above). I was very tired when I first arrived, but now I am getting over my jet lag and meeting people. I have lots of toys, but my mom says I am a bit of a thief (???) just because it is her and me and some things (skeins of yarn, sheepskin rug, blankets) aren't where they used to be doesn't make me a thief, maybe I just have my own style and like to rearrange things.
