Sharon's sighthound experience stretches back to 1996 with greyhounds and afghans.  She has acted as placement coordinator for a local greyhound adoption group, volunteered for home checks on potential adopters, screened applications, and transported greyhounds from California to Nevada.

 

Meet and greets are her specialty; at Petco once a month with volunteers and local farmers markets every Sat - June through the end of September - where potential adopters get to meet and ask questions about the breed. Sharon can talk dog!!

 

Her heart has held over 13 Greyhounds and Afghans through the years, adopting most as seniors.  Sharon is currently owned by Three NBRF Borzoi and a Lurcher.
