Cairo

It is with a heavy heart to have to say that Cairo went to the Rainbow Bridge today.

X-rays showed a large tumor pressing against his liver and heart causing him to lose all functioning of his back legs. Due to the extreme extent of the tumor, I had to let him go.

Cairo was just shy of his 11th birthday and was my 6th Borzoi Rescue out of 7 Zois I have owned over the past 45 years. He was a show stopper black and white.

My heart only knows emptiness and pain............
