Zoe

We adopted Onyx our first dog in 2011, up until then we had always been "cat people". We met some retired racers and being owned by one was inevitable. And not unlike what they say about Lay's potato chips they couldn't have just one so they got Jasmine in 2017. Sadly cancer took Onyx in 2019 and left a big hole in our hearts and Jasmine's. Six months earlier we had met Dimitri who we had helped transport so we contacted NBRF. They recommended a puppy because of our cats, but told us we would need to be patient. Two weeks later not one but two 9 month old littermates became available in Texas. Zoe the female passed the cat test easily so she was ours and Coco went to our friend - see his story above
